It is a far cry ...Robin, you are absolutely right. It is a far cry from what FDR said: the only thing we have to fear is fear itself. In this case, the only thing we have to fear is the manufactured fear spewed by this administration.DivaJoodhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02534571327558009753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10048624.post-1151162683335166812006-06-24T08:24:00.000-07:002006-06-24T08:24:00.000-07:00I worked at UC Santa Cruz for fifteen years. It's like congress voting themselves a raise and then voting down an increase in the minimum wage.

About those seven in Miami. I just love how we telegraph to the world how utterly incompetent we are. I think it takes more than empty, but wishful thinking to be a terrorist, it takes the capacity to actually carry out a plan. One of the worst things this administration has done is to make us cynical even about terrorism. They don't believe the sky is falling, they shout to persuade the public to live in fear. The thing we have to fear most is this administration.robin andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06386655587963143782noreply@blogger.com
