"I just follow my own common sense. And to hell with the law." So says Justice Thomas R. Buckley. You know, the phone company repairman from Dannemora, NY, who has spent 13 years on the bench, intimidating neighbors while he passes out his brand of justice.
Only in America, I'm just saying.

OMFG... this is happening all across small towns in NY?? I might not be so floored if it was happening in podunk/ redneck-ville fill in the blank of a Southern Red state... but NY? I guess stupidity knows no bounds.
At least the auto-suck judge in Oklahoma doesn't seem to have handed out faulty justice... but nobody wanted his hand to touch anything.
Woosh, woosh.
This has to be an absurd joke! I find it hard to believe this could go on. I think there are too many lawyers that would want to see this thing taken care of. Nothing is apparently impossible, except Bush of course.
Tina, apparently, the rules in New York are so lax, anyone can be a judge.
Lulu Maude, eeewww.
Sumo, no joke. New York State is special.
you sure that judge is not from Texas?
Glenda, no, they have idiots in NY too.
That is disturbing, indeed.
