Let me get this straight. If a country has nuclear weapons and demonstrates the ability to fire long-range missiles, Bush will not invade them. But if a country has no WMD and a weak/non-existent military, Bush hypes up the threat and invades immediately.
Yes, thie cartoon speaks the truth. I'm much more afraid of the way Bush and company shred the constitution and pump up the fear factor, while trampling all over whomever they please. Great article last week in the New Yorker magazine about David Addington, who is Cheney's sidekick, and a truly scary person...
